The 2nd half of the Mittens, Music and Munch workshop - one week later. Moccasins started in November were finished and mittens were nearly finished. Using one of two or three patterns, mittens were made from shrunken sweaters, fancy fabric wine bags, and old sheep or fur coats! Each pair had a personality of its own. Since the moccasin and mitten course ended, numerous others have asked so we'll be doing it again in the Fall, maybe with some annorak sewing too. Here's a few photos of the sewing bee.
